About Divety

Divety is a financial advisory and software firm. We work with operating companies, family offices, and investors on questions that conventional accounting software does not answer: where the business actually makes money, how it should plan for the next year, what a contemplated investment is worth.

The work has two parts. The first is judgment — the kind of thinking a senior advisor brings to a board meeting or an investment committee. The second is the recurring analytical machinery that produces the numbers those judgments rest on. Most firms do the first and outsource or improvise the second. Most software companies do the second and avoid the first.

We build software that does the recurring work to a high standard, and we provide advisors for the questions that require judgment. Each engagement is scoped to the client’s situation. Team composition is matched to the work.

Divety is based in San Pedro Garza García, with senior advisors in the United States. We work in English and Spanish.
